The Central Valley Coalition is a local group of volunteer individuals and organizations concerned with end-of-life care issues.

Our Mission:

To increase access to quality end-of-life care and services by eliminating barriers, increasing professional education, enhancing and coordinating services, and reaching out to the community.

Objectives: 

• Educate and support physicians and other health care providers in compassionate care of seriously ill people.
• Identify the needs of California Central Valley residents that exist due to gaps and/or duplication of services as they relate to end-of-life care.
• Promote viability for the Coalition as an organization.
